HS has that speakeasy feel but it's in plain sight. The service and cocktails were spot on and the furnishings were very comfortable. Our group of 4 had no problem getting seats at 7:30 but within the hour the lounge was starting to fill up.

I went here on a Wednesday night on a date and it was such a cozy and nostalgic experience. The drink selection is amazing as well as the jazz music that carries along in your background. I’m definitely going to be back here sooner than soon.

This place has phenomenal aesthetic and cozy corners! Great place to grab a drink and linger over conversation. The lighting is moody. There’s many seating areas that you can socialize or find an intimate spot. The one downside is that it’s drinks only. Bar bites would be a great addition.

This place has significantly gone up on it's prices these last few years. What used to be $35 for two people to enjoy a night during happy hour, is easily over $50-$75 now. BUT, this still is my favorite bar.

Evan and Bryan were a winning combo on my Sunday evening visit. We were in town for one night and wish it were longer. Came to visit were greeted with friendly service, great drinks & awesome recommendations. I was kinda sad, no bar snacks or food were available, probably would have stayed at the bar even longer. There was inside and outdoor seating available. It definitely gives quaint speakeasy vibes , craft cocktails, nice variety of liquor and comfortable seating. We sat at the bar but cool lounge seating available too.

Quiet Speakeasy Vibes 🍸🥃 Spent a weekend in Baton Rouge and decided to check this place out. We did not try or ask for food as we had dinner plans already. But the service was awesome! Sadly our bartender was moving on to another career but I will be back for sure. On the interior, you will find PLENTY of seating with chairs and couches to create little pockets of relax zones. There was even a back parlor for additional seating out of the main space. Dimly lit but not dark really gives that speakeasy vibe 😎 We tried the Champagne Cocktail and a French 75 to start. I have never tried a CC, but it’s essentially bitters, brandy, sugar cube and topped with champagne. Very fresh and I love a bubble 🥂! To close out, we got an Old Fashioned and a Dirty Martini 🍸

They do not service food but the drinks were great and the staff was amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic though I was not there for romance it was easy to converse with my friend. The outdoor area was limited but seemed enough for the crowd that evening. Was a really nice place in general.

This is one of my favorite hangouts! Excellent bar service and the drinks are top notch! They do themes every so often, like Edgar Allen Poe's birthday, for example. Also, they have live jazz on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Met a friend there…she insisted I check with his place out because I would love the aesthetic. Let me say, she was right! Stopped in and sat at bar. What a cozy place. Great atmosphere, along with festively done right and tastefully. We chatted at the bar, with a delicious Old Fashion. Had some of the Happy Hour gumbo, which was actually pretty great, too. Loved our bar tender, as well. Not bad for a quick stop for a drink. If I’m ever in town again, this is a definite stop for me

Great drinks and a fantastic atmosphere. The bar has a cool, speakeasy vibe and the cocktails are top-notch. Highly recommend! Brian is amazing!
